What does this Flywheel fit?

What does this Flywheel fit?
I came across an externally weighted chevy flywheel while going through my garage full of *stuff*. The casting number is 3973457N. I can't find any info on it. Can anyone help me out?

3993457 is a 1970-90 mark IV 454 flywheel. that is as close as i can come as you may have read the one number incorrectly. :chevy

I checked the numbers again. 3973457N is correct. Along with those numbers there is also GM1 and L98..?? Could it be a sb 400?
