Email sent to Corvette forum but no reply. HELP!
Ok so I am having trouble changing my avatar, so I sent an email to "contact us" link and have not heard back. It's been over a week.
I keep getting invalid format when I try changing. But I'm using a URL image code from photobucket. What am I doing wrong??

Is it a GIF? Post the link here so we can review.
Also, the Help Guide is a good resource for common questions about the software:

The images are too large. As the system notes next to the Upload field:
"Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 195.3 KB (whichever is smaller)."
Yours is 1024 x 576 and 358.25 KB. The system attempts to downsize them if too large but it has limitations.
I have manually fixed it but in the future you may need to use software to reduce the filesize and/or pixel size to comply.
