I've done the oven trick to swap out the 100,000 mile plus, Virginia sun hazed lens on my 2007 C6.
However....comma,
If it really 'bugs' you, you can remove the light from the car and use gravity to extract the bee once the bulbs are out. Using a vacuum would most likely get the bugger stuck in in the reflector lens.
That would be the bees knees.

John, the C6 headlights can be removed in about 30 minutes.

I've looked at the oven process and it's not for me
Another summer in the hot sun and the bee should turn into dust.
We'll be taking some rides late March/early April depending on weather. Maybe you can join us some time - watch for "Posse" in this section.

Jon,
Not sure where on the North Shore you are, but there is a relatively new and active Corvette club that has formed in the NH seacoast area. Many living on the North Shore have joined, and I hear great things about their activities. Check them out at www.greatbaycorvetteclub.com

Wife Lisa & I have 3 vettes in Braintree:
'15 Z06 convertible
'13 427 convertible
'05 Lingenfelter supercharged convertible
Around here, within 25 mile drive there are cruise nites every day of the week during the Spring, Summer and Fall; a couple of them start in early April. There are plenty of corvettes to see and owners to meet up with.
Best regards,
Jay
