Le Mans Master
We have already broke ground in the same area to build a "Big League Dreams" like the one in Manteca for Tracy Little Leage, Babe Ruth,Tracy High Baseball, and a couple other organizations. I am on the board of directors for Little league and have seen the blueprints. It is way cool for our town (been here 27 years). I did here about this measure but pretty sure it won fly. Hell we have the Altamont pass raceway thats been sitting since I was a kid
