Got to respect the looks and power. Corvette and Mustang are two great sport cars that each have their own distinct personalities. I own both and love both, I also personally think the most striking part of the new Mustang is the rear styling vs. the rear of the C7 being its weak link. Not a tail light thing as they are beautiful rear cover just needs tweaking.

The Mustang looks too much like the Fusion and I can see where we are getting back to the melted jellybean look in all of the new cars.. Much like the early to mid 90's when many of the cars started losing true shape and becoming more rounded.
The seats on this Mustang looks amazing however and I'm sure the car is quite a capable performer. But I just don't personally care for the exterior styling.

It won't please everyone but plenty like it... I do. I may upgrade my Boss 302 to the GT350 in about a year... and with Mag Ride, IRS, and other performance goodies on this now, it's certainly a big leap over the previous gen. I also like the fact that's it's naturally aspirated.
I'd go for Ingot Silver or Race Red on the new Shelby...

First of all, major improvement. Very nice overall, but it has a pretty big flaw about it...the bulkiness of the front is 2x that of the rear. From the doors back, the design is smooth, free-flowing and tight, but the whole front clip (hood, bumpers, front fenders) is bulky and just too large in comparison.
If the hood and front fenders were angled more downward at the nose, it would have been perfect.
Still a big improvement. I love the fact that it is NA. It sounds really good.
