With only 7 cars built, what's the chances of seeing one in the NW?

Probably won't see one here, I saw one of the first ones built at SEMA a couple years go. It is a very impressive car to say the least. The 8.2L 500 inch engine is a nice power plant at 600hp. It would be hard to duplicate the car but making more than 600hp is a cake walk. I just sent a customer home to Seattle in his 2007 C6 Convertible that made nearly 700 to the wheels that is about 800 at the flywheel or 200 more than the C6RS. However it probably isn't EPA compliant but its fast

I beleive its their billet tall deck block which they sell for around 10k which I beleive is made by Dart which retails them out for about 9k.
Yes, its 600 at the crank, but its EPA 50 state certified. Laughable but its EPA certified, how many do you know making that kind of power that is EPA legal in 50 states. Sure its easy to get much more with what we have at a fraction of the cost of a C6RS, but by the letter of the law its not really street legal, unless you do it with a Carb Certified blower or turbo kit.

I'm talking about the fact that an 8.2 liter engine only makes 600 hp at the crank.
Pretty sad they can't pull 100hp per liter and keep it EPA legal.

The tall deck LSX block will be able to go to 8.2L. The C6RS uses a billet aluminum block.
Yes. As tjwong said, it's that way because it's meant to meet emissions. We have an off-road version that makes 812hp @ 6000rpm and 775 ft-lbs if that makes you feel better.
Name one production naturally aspirated pushrod engine that makes 100hp per liter.

812 at the wheels or crank?

Can't think of any pushrod engines that do. though the s2000, rsx, and new civic si production engines all make 100hp per liter naturally aspirated, though they are DOHC
