which meant 3 coats except for the hood and top surround which got 4. Have to color sand the trash out which I expected. Door jams on the door remain. Weather turns south starting tomorrow with rain then lows in the 50's so finished just in time. SPI UV clear was easy to apply. Couldn't get it to run!

Ps. Lol - it did run but way down by the edge of the lower back valiance. It'll sand out, no sweat. That was the place to get a run if I did.

Ps. It is all even green in person. The photo is picking up reflections.

Looks great! You aren't kidding about finishing in time. Going to rain all week. You have way to many leaves on the ground already!

Looking good. Such a rewarding feeling when you can say I did it and have it look that good.

Thanks DT and Nitro, did the jams on the door earlier this week, when it hit 72 degrees, with 1 coat of epoxy sealer, 3 coats if base and 3 coats of clear. With masking and all, took the better part of the day. I would have liked to have the base sit overnight but I didn't want to leave tape on the semi fresh outside of the doors, so I cleared it the same day. 50's overnight so I brought them in the house. Thanks to an understanding wife. I'm now colorsanding the body out.
