11's with 6 Speed Bolt-On LS1?
Quite a few automatic transmission bolt-on C5s are getting into the 11's (with stall & gears). Who's gone 11's with a 6 speed bolt-on LS1? Any 6 speed bolt-on LS1 C5s in the 11's on stock 3.42 gears and drag radials? Please post your combo and times if you've done it without any internal engine mods. (Naturally aspirated only...no nitrous/blowers/turbos)
Thanks,
Rob

I know if at least two 6 speed LS1 NA 'bolt ons only' cars (neither still had 3.42s though) that have gone 11s...a hardtop that went 11.90@116+ (would've likely gone quicker in time had he not started modding further) and a convertible that got down to an 11.65.
Both were tuned by Cartek Racing btw.

I'm sure it's easy enough to do.I went 12.2 at 110 with my M6 ,vararam, tuned C5.Headers would of got me into the 11's but I did a supercharger instead and went 10's

I got a few 11.9x's with mine. The biggest problem I had was tryin to slip that stock junky clutch high enough to launch without bogging but not smoke the clutch.

Not an LS1, but LS6, MT ET Street Radials, LG Pro LTs, Vararam I went 11.82 @ 118 on a 1.70 short. Only had it one day at the track like that, as after that, I was hooked NA and we swapped CAM, heads ect...
BLUFF I am sure it could be done in an M6 LS1 with LTs, CAI, good drag radials, and more bolt-ons, and a good driver.
