Valve-train upgrade LS6
So i will be upgrading my valve-train on a stock LS6 Engine. My main reasons is that my car spends most of its time on the mid-high rpms. its just so hard to keep it civil with a corsa exhaust and LG headers
So this brings me to this journey. my knowledge in this field is not too strong so please let me know What are your thoughts, concerns? what works, what doesn't.

If stock cam, you don't have to get the dual springs, but BTR Spring kits are very nice and if you decide to go with a bigger cam you'll be all set. Be sure to get titanium retainers if you go that route. BTR pushrods are good too. For rockers, I would put the Straub bushing kit in. Very high quality. You're on the right track

I would recommend PAC 1218 springs for a stock replacement. That dual spring setup is way overkill for a stock motor.
I would also not bother with replacing the rods or changing out the rockers if they are not damaged. Although as always check your rods for straightness and replace with a stock set if you have bent ones.
However I would recommend the trunion kit.

I would do a beehive spring on a stock motor, they will be stiffer than stock so they will control the valves just fine but with a lot less mass than dual springs... straub trunnions with stock rockers work great as well so no need for the comp rockers in my opinion... if you do go with a set of aftermarket rockers then you won't need the straub kit... on the pushrods, you would probably be fine with stockers BUT a decent set of chromoly pushrods is pretty cheap insurance... you can flex the stock pushrods with your hands

If you are stock, I would go with PSI 1511ML valve springs and titanium retainers. I would also ditch the shaft rockers and keep the stock with the Straub kit you posted. Also, if you are going with new pushrods, the 5/16" Comps won't buy you any valve train stiffness. I would go with 11/32" Manton if you change them at all. The 5/16" pushrods are not any stiffer than the stock pushrods (well, maybe 5%) but not worth the effort IMO.

Either PAC or PSI LS1511ML beehives.
