Default LT4 High Pressure Fuel Pump + Gasket and Pipe

Hey guys,
I have an LT4 HPFP with the pipe and gasket needed to swap it out. I have decided not to do Flex Fuel on my car; at least not yet. None of these have ever been installed.

Pump: 12642287
Pipe: 12642288
Gasket: 12623308

I will get better pics of everything this evening.

I am in Dallas, TX if any locals want to meet up. Asking $800 shipped obo for all 3 pcs

I ordered 2016 LT4 injectors, part #12672374

Its my understanding the only other option was the modified LT1 injectors. Aside from costing more i didn't want to take a chance on them. I know GM spent a lot of time on spray pattern of these injectors and the katech injectors flow the same as lt4 (or maybe even a little less) but "make more power"? True or not i didnt want to take a chance.

i saw that deatchwerks do 165# lt1 injectors also, and gm has 3 different injectors low flow, nominal flow and high flow, do you know what the difference between them ? and which one do you recommend ?

I dont know why they have different versions, but based on what ive read on this forum the high flow version is the one to use. I think the modified lt1 injectors katech sells are modified by deatchwerks; where did you see those 165# injectors?

Did you have to change the fuel rails also? Do you have to change the fuel rails for just the LT4 pump or if you're just doing the LT4 injectors? Does it matter 2014 to 2015?

There aren't any fuel rails on the DI cars (as far as i know). It's just the pump and the little pipe that need to be changed if changing the pump. If changing just the injectors, i don't see why you would need to change anything except the injectors.

I'm not sure on any differences between 2014-2015-2016 models. I have a 2016 and used the vin from a 2016 Z06 to get the fuel injectors. The PN i used for the injectors is different than that others had previously been using (not sure what year their cars were) but these seem to be working fine. The LT4 HPFP seems to have the same part # regardless of year.

i though that the lt4 rails flows better than the lt1. check post #4

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...t1-vs-lt4.html

The LT4’s direct injection system is similar to the LT1’s, but it features a new, higher-pressure engine-driven pump capable of delivering fuel at an astounding 2,900 psi. The LT1 pump is capable of “only” 2,175 psi. The LT4 also features a unique, higher-capacity fuel-rail assembly designed to accommodate the supercharger manifold. It’s fitted with injectors rated at 1.5 liters per minute, while the LT1 uses 1.2-lpm squirters.

That is interesting. I dont think anyone else has swapped the rails, but that is good info!
