Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
This 2013 427 Convertible and my 1963 Split Window Coupe are 50 year Corvette bookends for the garage, a fantasy I've daydreamed about for the last decade. :) The decision to buy the C6 was not an easy one to make. I expect the 2014 C7 will be a great car and better than C6 in many ways. But, the awesome LS7 engine paired with a gorgeous C6 drop-top body, cool looking 60th Anniversary trim, and the novelty of having two Corvettes built 50 years apart was simply too much temptation to resist.
For this Corvette I did the Corvette Engine Build Experience and built my own LS7 at the Performance Build Center in Wixom. I also took the Corvette Buyers Tour so I could watch my Corvette being built. Both were incredible, unforgettable experiences and something I highly recommend to any Corvette enthusiast.
This car isn't a trailer princess! After the National Corvette Museum Delivery I drove her over 600 miles on a leisurely trip home from Bowling Green, just in time for open air cruising during the fantastic fall weather and my favorite months of the year. :) The beautiful Kentucky Thoroughbred Country, tasty Bourbon Trail, and Mammoth Cave NP are enjoyable diversions after an R8C delivery or when visiting the NCM or BG Assembly Plant.
My 2013 427 Convertible was ordered with the 60th Anniversary Package, Arctic White paint, blue striped soft top, blue 1SC interior, cyber gray headlamps, Z06 Carbon Fiber ground effects, silver/blue racing stripes, and machined-face wheels.

Only minor things. I installed a Sunset Orange Creations Exhaust Commander remote so I have more control over the exhaust notes. Installed a removable front license holder from Zip Corvette Products, and a custom rear license plate frame from Top Flight Reproductions that picks up the silver stripes. And, I've added insulators to the console and cup holder, things got surprisingly hot without them.
