Facebook Fridays: Corvette Fan Pops the Question at Bloomington Gold
I certainly can’t think of any better way for a true Corvette fan to pop the big question than what’s depicted in this week’s Facebook Fridays photo.
Well, aside from asking that special one for their hand in marriage on the floor of the Corvette plant in Kentucky, while handing them a set of keys to a brand new, shiny, silver Z06 to go with that diamond ring.
Still, Steve White’s proposal is pretty tough to top. With hundreds of Corvette fans on hand, Mr. White popped the question to Melissa Justice today in Victory Circle during the Bloomington Gold event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
The caption associated with the photo, which was shared on Corvette Blogger‘s Facebook page, doesn’t actually indicate if the C7 pictured is owned by Steve or the soon-to-be Mrs. White. But it certainly seems that it could be, considering the photo was taken at one of the biggest and most prestigious events held in the U.S. for Corvette fans.
Either way, well done, Steve. And cheers to you and Melissa to a long life together filled with love, happiness, and a lot of weekend cruises in a Corvette.
