IB decides to make enough changes that it literally kills Corvette Forum as we know it? Will Troy stand up another? Hopefully calling it CF2.com? Like most, I spend more time here than I probably should because it's an addiction.
Thanks, Troy, for creating such a fantastic site. When IB takes over the reigns, will you still be involved? How many of the other admin will also stick with us?
And what were the changes you see that might kill teh CF? Seems to me that things have always gotten better over the years. Even 5 years ago, the CF was much different than it is today and the changes made since then were (and are) for the better.
It could be that IB has the financial resources to make this place even better. Continued support from the current advertisers and maybe some new ones along with continued support from the current supporting vendors will keep things going.
IMO, just like any other acquisition, there's alway the possibility someone will screw it up
If that happens, either one of the other Corvette related sites will benefit from the then increased traffic, or someone else will start a new site. I would guess there would be a non-compete clause in the sale agreement? If not....wow......
