Engine longevity LT4 vs. LT1
I have a C7 with Z51 dry sump, and love it. I figure the engine will last for many miles with good maintenance and no abuse (I don't track my car). Given that the new Z06 powerplant has forced induction, will it be more subject to breakdown or shorter lifespan, given the proper maintenance and no abuse?
Just seems to me the engine is more stressed, so could be more prone to problems. Would like to know in that I am considering the Z06 in the coming year.
