Dead pedal deterrent.
Sitting in the new Corvettes at the shows I find that my left knee hits the hatch release button after setting the seats to a reasonable comfort. Saw post where a short driver added a block to raise the d.p. His photo here shows the foot rest popped off the floor and it seems to be around a half inch thick without his extension. My question is if the d.p. box under carpet the foot rest snaps into a part of the floor pan....or can it be unbolted and modified to extend my leg some? Or is removal of the foot rest here the best tall guys can hope for? Thanks.
