What has GM done to correct the problems I read about regarding the A8? I am delaying purchasing a C7 until I am confident I am not going to buy a lemon.

Most of the C7 A8 issues seems to have occurred in the 2015/16 model years. GM tweaked the trans for the 2017. There does not appear to me after reading through this forum that a large percentage of people had problems with the A8. On the contrary it appears that a very small percentage of Vette owners are impacted. I would not hesitate to purchase a Vette because of an unfounded concern that a transmission problem may occur after purchase. Just my 2 cents. There are many posts on this forum regarding this topic.
