Yep, if your original bose crap connector is still intact, you should be able to hook it up fine. There was never any technological feats done by bose in any of their designs for GM, so it should be all the same.
You could check the wiring pinouts with a voltmeter in comparison to the pinouts listed in the Sticky FAQ that Bogus graciously compliled.

So a camaro Radio like that on will fit right in, without buying any other hardware?!?!
here is a pic of the back of the camaro radio...IS this like Bose TAPE player in my 87?
Well, im not 10000% sure, thats why I suggested you looking at the original bose plug pinouts. Do some investigative work on your own, check how many pins are on the original plugs, and count them on the back of that head unit. A voltmeter would be your best friend no matter what you decided to do. NO matter what, you can still put that head unit in if you really want to. But no one here will promise you that it will work totally plug and play. It might though. Most of the time, everyone takes out their bose stuff completely, so this reverse engineering is rarely tried. Hell, you could put an 8 track in your car and hook it up to a Orion HCCA amp and two Adrie Tempests if you wanted to!
