Radio and speaker question
Search isnt working so Im sorry if this question has been asked thousands of times before. I just bought an 84 vette and the sound system sucks. The front and rear speakers appear to be 4 inch round. Can I stick larger speakers in, if so, how much extra work is it? How hard is it to put in an aftermarket stereo in? Will all the bose stuff interfer with the aftermarket radio? Thanks.

Have you gone into the audio secition and checked the Sticky FAQ?
Id suggest using the search function, but apparently databases no longer require them.

I made adaptors out of plywood for my 84 and installed aftermarket speakers. I also installed an after market head unit. It was cheaper at the time to rip everything out and start over.
