Default Speaker Wire runs

I am getting ready to install some aftermarket speakers into my C5. I am running a 3 way system so I have to get a decent amount of speaker wire into the doors. Can anyone tell me if where I need to feed the wires through if that is really tight or if there is a decent amount of room to get that much wire through?

Thanks

There is a black flexible tube that goes from the car into the door. Looks kind of like the arms of the robot in "Lost in Space". It is super easy to run wire through, and you could probably fit 50 speaker wires through there if you wanted to.

Here's a photo - you can see it to the right.

From inside the car, there is a small panel under the dash that pops off for access. I drilled a hole through it for my (single) speaker wire, and used a rubber grommet for a nice install:

Ebein, I build the adaptors out of 3/4" MDF. I used the original Bose "pods" to make a template out of cardboard, then made matching adaptors with a jigsaw and drill.

I *really* like the MB Quart speakers - I just wish they weren't pointing at my legs. I hear the tweeter from the right side more than the left when it's just me in the car. Next upgrade will be to disable the tweeter and put component tweeters in the door pulls.

The C5 has the largest door grommet I ever had the pleasure to run wires through. One to avoid....the drivers door on a S-10 with pwr windows and locks. Man that one sucked
