CD player volume changes(not speed/volume thingy)
98 roadster with single cd player. 42k miles. for the last year or so the volume when playing a cd starts out too low then increases to too loud before the end of the song. FM nor XM roady 2 has this problem. I know about the speed/volume adjustment, mine has never worked as well as the one on my previous Corvettes, 92 or 95. does anyone have any ideas why this happens and what I can do to fix the problem? must be in cd player somewhere. gets annoying after awhile having to turn up volume when song begins and then turn it down before song ends. thanks
