Cure for vibrating trunk lid??
I've just installed a 10" MTX sub in a subthump box and I'm getting a terrible vibration in the trunk lid. If I lay my hand in the middle of the trunk lid toward the rear window, it stops. Do you think dynamat or a good thick trunk liner will take some of this out? Thanks.

It might but first thing to do is adjust the trunk stops. There are rubber stops on the trunk lid. You can adjust those down to make the trunk tighter. Do that first to see if cures the problem. Next would be a dampner. In this case you want something heavy to weigh the lid down.
