My JL Amp died
And it's my own stupid fault, more then likely.
Doing some testing, I didn't wire up the speakers solidly enough, and I think that's what burned it up... and yes, it's toast.
Off to JL for repair. $180.00 is their standard fee for any repairs on the 500/5 amplifier. Seems cheap at the price.
