looking for Corvette Central CD's
Greetings,
I have owned a '78 for 8 years with an am/fm/cb radio (love the CB part, no one knows I can hear them as the radio ant is the CB ant). 4 weeks ago, I purchased a triple black vert so I finally have a CD player. For a number of years, Corvette Central offered for sale 4 music CD's (Back seat movers, Power ballads, Rev it up, Doo wop heaven and Hot rod Cowboys)...well when I called them, I was told that they were discontinued
I especially wanted the rev it up CD G.T.O, 409, Hey little Cobra, Dead Man's Cruve, Little Duece Coupe, etc) Does any one have any of the five mentioned that they no longer want? Please do not tell me to try e-bay...I don't like to go that route, but I will if needed. I have noticed that in both vettes, the accelerator pedal is directly linked to the radio....when Born to be Wild, or Smoke on the Water plays I almost have to pull over, or risk a ticket. Nice to see that some things do not change with age.
