Is it ok to ground my amp on the passenger seat bolt like in the pic? I don't want to drill a hole and this looks like the closest place to ground it. BTW it's in a 03 Z. Thanks.
I grounded my PPI 4x125 in the same spot without any troubles.
The only thing I would recommend is sanding some of the paint so that your ring terminal is contacting bare metal. Then paint with primerless touch-up paint to prevent corrosion.

p.s. That looks like 8 gauge. Not sure how much power your amp is making or where it's located, but the shorter the run, the better.
And 8 gauge is ok for smaller amps, but may not be enough for you.
Typically, you want to run the same gauge ground as your amp is using for power feed.

That will work, but since I have a coupe, I pulled back the carpet and grounded my two amps to the bolts that screw through the fiberglass bulkhead into the frame underneath. I also used a solid brass washer bewteen the ground wire terminal and a self tapping unpainted screw. It works great and I have absolutely no engine or alternator noise.
Depends on where your amps are. You want the shortest run possible. I went through the rear wall in my Coupe, took out a tail light and license plate (for access) and ground down the frame to bare metal in that area. I then used a ground block and covered it with a teflon grease. I am also using 0 AWG ground wire.
