Do they have one stock? If so, where is it located?

At least in the "upgraded" Bose sound system, it has two powered subs in the lower door panels.

Yes, one in each door. Do not know wattage because I ditched mine and replaced them with a separate sub amp and two 10" blaupunkt subs in the doors.

Not if you like your music or ever listen with the targa top off. The Bose subs are 27 watts each.
