Anyone here an Eclipse dealer?
PM me if you are. I want an AVN5435 but would like it at the Ebay prices. I don't like buying stereo stuff off of there but will if I have to. It's been nothing but a pain in the butt with the stereo stuff. I've had around 300 transactions problem free until I started buying stereo stuff. Thanks!

yeah,, u can check ur local shop and ask them for price with install. i got mine with free sirius for 1400 shipped. (i got so lucky).. im going go to the shop today and have it installed for 150+tax,, I HOPE the install will go well..
if u really want an eclipse dealer, u can go to the eclipse site and click on the "locate dealer"

My guy is telling me the lowest retail on these units in PA is $1700.
He is an authorized Eclipse dealer and claims most of them sold online are factory refurbs. Eclipse doesn't authorize internet sales yadda yadda.
You also don't get a warranty with internet sales on Eclipse. With him you get the full factory warranty. 3 yrs I believe.
He will ship it to TX for $1600. I don't know how good a deal this is, but I've dealt with him in the past and he's been a standup guy.

I correct that,, i bought mine for 1500 shipped with free sirius off ebay. I got it installed at a authorized eclipse dealer for 150+tax and $20 tips 
. (at first they said 200, then i was like the store at the corner said 150)..lol ,,when i was bored, i was talking with the boss of the store, he said the same thing,, The internet people sells them refurbished,,, and blah blah blah.. Aniways,, thats what feedback ratings are for.
Only good thing about buying it from an eclipse dealer is that, its safe. If something goes wrong with the unit, they can return it back to the company with no problems. Thats what the boss said.. Also,, its better getting it installed at an eclipse dealer because they are experience with the unit.. Although this one i went to didnt connect the reverse wire(green) because he thought it was a backup camera, I went back, they fixed it in no time..
since i bought it off ebay, they can oni warrantee the installation for 6 months..
Just be extra careful on ebay, never pay attention to the phony emails that tells u to wire them money so that they can hook u up cheap..
. I bought mine from a guy on ebay for $1485.00 shipped. Ebay # 5801729922 He said it was brand new, had perfect feedback, so I went for it. If it wasn't brand new, neither I or the shop that installed it (for 95 bucks, in my daily driver) could tell. I love the unit. The shop that I bought it from is in the process of becoming an Eclipse dealer. They may be one now. I'll give them a call and see what they will sell one for.
My guy said he thinks he could do @ 1600, but needed to confirm his cost. The shop phone forwarded to his mobile and he wasn't at work. I should know something more concrete by Monday at the latest. Keep this in mind though:
