What can I do about the rattles?
I still have the stock Bose system, and for now plan to keep it a while. I have looked into upgrading, but I don't want to lose my 12 disc changer.....so, I how do I get rid of the rattles in my door panels. The passenger side is the worst! The grill screen rattles, and sounds like the speaker is blown. I stuck a penny in between the grill and door panel and it stopped! But, I don't want a penny just chillin....anyone have better ideas for a shim? or to get rid of the rattle??? THANKS!!

some mention on the forum suggested super glueing the bose emblem in place on the screen mesh.
I removed my screens and put them back in. I now have rattles as well. I am going to pull the screens back out and use black silicone glue to hold them in place and kill off vibration.
