Has anyone every bought one off the internet. Getting musch lower prices there. Looking to put in my new C6. Been looking around a lot and best deal is 1499.00. The internet is 1059.00. Big difference. Most site are saying they are not refurbs.
Also had anyone installed one in a C6 themselves? What do you need.

I bought my Avic new off ebay for 915. 985 shipped.
You will also need an interface and a trim package. The MEtra 95-3304 for the dash, and I'm trying the PAC C2r-GM24 that I got for 55 dollars on ebay. It lists for 125.
I will let you know how it all works out, I hope to install it on Monday but I'm waiting for my XM unit to get here as well.

i had a horrible experience with an online vendor. you can get the d1 for about 1300 after rebates from auhorized dealers and the unit will have a factory warranty (you wont get a warranty if you buy it from an unauthorized dealer)
