D1 Discount
Hello everybody,
As some of you know, I have been cheering about this place I bought my audio equipment from, including the AVIC-D1. During a recent purchase (XM radio tuner), I mentioned this forum to see if they would agree to give us (Forum members) some kind of discount on the D1 ( since mostly Corvette Owners buy them, and everybody is looking to save a $ or two). Well, they agreed
-- So if anyone here is interested in purchasing an AVIC-D1 PM me, and I will send you the coupon code that will discount the unit even more-- a lot more!
This is the only place i was able to find the right dash kit for the C6. With the savings i bought an iPod adapter, XM tuner, will wait for Pioneer to come out with the new DVD Changer.
I would also like to add that playing a movie on the D1 is not possible, they told me that you can view a DVD movie on the screen but only if you have a separate DVD Player.

No, it has the factory warranty, and is brand new.....I think that they buy and sell so many of these that they can afford to sell it for less than the big chain stores....but that's just my guess....but spoken from experiance, everything I bought from them is brand new, never used, not refurbished, not remanufactured....and I have done a lot of research, looking for the best deal. It is my understanding that this company has been in business for 10 years, and that says something. I bought from them before, I had a AVIC-N1 and the previous model Navigation, and never had any issues. Again, I can only speak from personal experiance, and mine has been nothing but good, and I am glad to pass on the news.
