Removing panel under the glove box...
Where are all the fasteners for this thing? I pulled all of them I could find and it still won't come out. It's a 92 coupe.

If you're talking about the panel in the passenger side footwell.....
Open the door, remove the bolts that hold the fuse plate cover on. Peel back the small strip of carpet that is velcroed in on the edge. Remove two bolts from the panel and it'll pull down.
