Viper alarm help

I have a Viper 791XV alarm on my C4. The car is at the bodyshop getting some work done, and will be ready tomorrow morning. The guy just called and when they put the battery back in the car, they said the car keeps starting and shutting off, the door locks are going crazy, and the lights are flashing on and off. Does something need to be reset or what? I don't know what has been touched, or played with by these guys, but there must be something. What should I look for? The remote start???

Depends on what kind of bodywork you had done. But it sounds as though some how some way they pinched a wire belonging to the alarm and it is now shorting against metal somewhere.
