Default C4 help!!!

I am new to this side of the house, I'm usually in the C4 areas so dont beat me up too bad cause I'm sure this has been asked before.

Is there a CD player available that is XM ready that is roughly the same size as the original Bose? I am tired of the junk looking kits that I keep trying.

By the way, it's a 1990 Coupe...

Nothing really in a double DIN form for the Vette.. there are a couple of Kenwood Units, but I believe they may not have the features you are looking for..

I too Hate all the Dahs kits, but I just Bought one from Forum Member, VRUM VRUM. Worth the cost. I have not finished mounting it yet, but from other members picures, it looks very good.

Here are a couple of pics to show you what I did with my 94 coupe. I bought a mount kit from VRUMVRUM as well and agree that it is better than any other options. I went with Pioneer IP-BUS based components, so while the head unit is not "XM-Ready", my XM receiver is connected through an RCA Aux-in connection.

A few pics:

Default Pioneer makes a

3" high one, check on crutchfield for the model number, but I would not buy from them. They have nothing to help you install the HU or speakers, and they are expensive. I also have a 90 couple, and I am going w/ an single din Eclipse HU and Vrum Vrum's mounting bracket. I will have pictures when finished.
