Pioneer D-2
I know that all C5's will accept a din and and a half sized stereo decks, but can the new Pioneer D-2 (double din)be custom installed to fit? I know the instrument bessel will need to be customized and the air controls moved down, but has anyone done this?

a bunch of guys here have a xenerc 7" touch screen installed. and D1's installed. Its been done adn looks great if your wiling to spend the time to cut and remold the consol.

Yes, it can be done.
Many have done it. Now, many are doing custom displays (monitors) in place of the Bose HU for their computers.
