Default POLL: Liquid Sound Deadening Materials

I posted this question in C5 General and got some responses, but wanted to see what the audio experts have to say about using liquid sound deadening stuff in our vettes. I've heard good things about Elemental Designs eDead v3 and QuietCar. Is one product better than the other in terms of reducing noise inside the cabin, ease of application/use, no odor after application, etc. I have included an Other pick. If you select this, please let me know the product you are recommending. I'm thinking of applying this stuff in the rear and front sections of my 03 Coupe, doors, and possibly under the hood liner and rear wheel wells, followed by installing a mat product such as the pre-cut foam kit offered by exoticvette to further reduce the amount of interior noise and heat.

I dont have any experience with the quiet stuff. eDead was easy to apply and was the cheapest stuff I have found in terms of liquid and mat sound deadners. at $50 a gallon, the price is hard to beat

I used Cascade Audio Engineering Vbloc (VB2 I believe). It was used in conjunction with the matting material as well (matted then sprayed). That car was very dead. About 90sq ft of matting and 5 gallons of spray was used.

Only have experience with Edead and dave's install helped seal the deal for me when I decided what I wanted to do. IMO at the end of the day we have mainly fiberglass panels in a lot of the car .. does not take 3 layers of Dynamat Extreme to really deaden an already lower resonating panel.

I liked the edead, no odor, dried quickly, and IMO is working well in conjunction with some Dynamat extreme and Cowboy's kit.
