Default Finally - decent sounds...C5

Visited my second most favorite place today (Unique Audio) as I had an appointment to better the Bose system in the C5 without spending huge amount of $$$$s. Installed a JL stealthbox in the rear and an amp to power it. Listening to the OEM Bose
was getting so unbearable. Just doing that is like day and night. Next is installing the Ipod2car kit from Peripheralelectronics
along with the multiple aux interface for my Ipod and XM radio. The owner of the shop has a set of Borlas that he had on his Z06 that I'll pick up and install (can you say ROAD TRIP - to Tucson).

Replace your 3.5" twiddlers with a nice Infinity/Polk or umm someone else's unit to get a real tweeter in your system .. makes a nice difference.

Grats on the additions

Oh, my fault....the amp is to replace the one I currently have powering the stealthbox.

I was going thru my decades old inventory of equipment:

How many of you remember the Fosgate PR 252? This is circa 1979 !!!! And it still works. I should donate this to the Smithsonian How about an Audio Control System90 signal processor and crossover, early '90s? These still works too. Alpine CD shuttle/amp? Sub boxes for '82, '87, '94 vettes, Blazer, and f-bodies. They didn't have eBay back in those days.

I would consider headers from Kooks before you make your final purchase.
They are durable and make some of the greatest power gains I've seen from many installs on the Forum.
LG's are also excellent, but a bit more pricey and, to me, not worth the extra $$ but an awesome header in every sense of the word.

You wouldn't happen to work for the Boston Red Sox organization by any chance?
