Interference in FM reception

I've got interference in my FM reception ... the typical "ticking" noise associated with engine RPM. I have recently put in MSD plug wires, and when first installed there was no interference. But, over the last month or so, the interference has gotten increasing worse. And, somedays, there is no interference at all.

Any pointers on what to look for / how to solve?

If you think it's related to the wires, you can start your car at night in a dark location (garage...) and pop the hood. Look at the wires to see if you see any arcing onto the headers.

i think its the wires too. I have heard of people sayin that their MSDs failing after a very short time. If you still have your old plugs, try those and see if the noise doesnt go away. Or try disconnecting the plugs and reconnecting them to see if one or more has come loose
