That and a move to cordless, internal power as well... LiOn technology is pretty advanced now, I'm sure they could make a cordless detector with good battery life and bluetooth technology...

If V1 made a detector like that, requiring no cords and the remote display, I'd buy one today...
All battery operated detectors suck and always will.
