Default looking for sound system ideas for C5

there's a possibility i could be getting my own C5 soon (yay) and i'm looking for idea for my sound system. I'm thinking about moving some of my equipment from my 97 silverado.

here's what i have:

Alpine CDA 9807 head unit (i really want a CDA 7987 or 7998)
Alpine ERA g320 sound field processor
Alpine MRP F-200 75x4
Rockford Fosgate 351M 350x1 (sub amp)
(2) .5 farad RF capacitors
SPS 460 rear speakers
SPS 171A component speakers
SPS 1005 tweeters
DDT S30 high output tweeters
(2) SWS 1222 subwoofers

what do you think i can salvage?

with that list of components, most of the SQ is coming from that ERA-G320... that box is simply amazing.

There is a lot you can do... but you won't need all the tweets... if so, the sound field will be up around the street lights outside.

The C5 environment is picky and bright to say the least.
I've been thinking of dumping the tweets in my rear speakers for this reason.

yeah....i think i'll dump a set of tweeters...but i'm goign to keep at least one tweet per woofer (i cut the tweeters in the coaxial speakers to give more power to the woofer, especially since i use passive crossovers)

the SPS 171A's are 6.5" round
the SPS 460 are 4x6 (and i dont' really like them)

what are the speaker sizes for the stock locations?

if i were you i'd dump the rear speakers all together.

If you click on the "Audio/Electronics" like you did to get into this Forum, at the top of the page you'll see what they call "stickies"
The FAQ sections are there for generation specific issues.

Heh killing me. They are talking about setting more records for days of rain this month. Every day this week looks to be rain. Glad I don't live near any levees, I think there are going to be problems.

Oh well ski season in the sierras should last through to june

Guess it doesn't suck so bad here then....
Seems to be the plight of the West Coast this last few years.
Tons of rain and floods, or droughts that make the land dryer than a popcorn fart.
Hopefully it'll balance out soon and the sun will be back in its rightful place.
