bi-amp wiring question

first i want to thank everyone for getting involved with this discussion. And i think i will just wire it traditionally because the benefits don't seem to out weigh the 'unknowns'.

to clarify (or beat a dead horse?) if i were going with option b...which i'm not:

going from the soundcard to the x-over would be wired as you would in any setup up. then from the x-over i would have made special 'mono' cables (for the sake of clarification) coming out of that. so left chan- highpass would have its own cable. left chan bandpass would have it's own, so on and so forth. so getting the crossovered signal to the correct chan on the amp wouldn't be a big deal.

it seems that we are over complicating things somewhere and less we forget...knewblew has the 'option b'

damn it knew!! you are the man... i should have listened to you in the first place and not wasted everyones time

Your crossover would do this and allow seperate mono connections from the same source with different crossover settings? Interesting
