I've got about 6 "blanks" made out of 1/4 hard board. They are cut the shape of the opening and are drilled for the stock hardware, you'll just need to cut out the circle for your specific speaker. I'll sell you a set for the cost of shipping. PM me if interested.

Also, if you go with the 1/4 boards. Make sure you trace them onto a piece of poster board so that you have a template that you can use if the need ever arises. I have the template for mine laying around somewhere. They are universal. meaning that the left can go onto the right and vise versa or make your own like i did:
