i just bought a V1. couldn't say about it. i am just having a heck of a time getting it delievered... hope i don't need a warrenty but some time down the road get it upgraded as needed. dose escort do that?

don't bother. just sold mine on ebay. had it since december and was stopped 3 times while it ws on. it never went off. Seems i did 100% better w/o it!

Used mine for just one day about 280 miles. So far I like it better than my 8500.
