DDX7015 Problems
Anyone with experience running the Kenwood DDX7015 have any idea why it would suddenly lose sight of both the Sirius tuner as well as the CD changer? One minute it was working.. checked it about an hour later and both were no longer options. During this time the car was sitting in the garage and no work was being done on the car, nothing to explain the situation except maybe the fact that the battery got drained pretty low.

It could possibly be the interface box that allows the use of both units. You may want to call Kenwood and see if the model number Sirius unit is the correct one for your head unit, or if they have a newer version or updated one. My shop has run into this issue with Sony units... one has an older software version inside... kinda like a version 1.0, and the correct one needed is version 1.1...

Well I got the issue resolved but not really sure what caused it. For some reason pulling the cd-changer fuse (which wasnt burnt) and re-seating it got the head-unit to see both the sirius tuner and cd-changer agian. Odd.
