it's actually a 3 way jensen amp, this will be my set up
100x3

Rear, high end pioneer 6x9's, (already have) hooked to the amp
And the single 10

front 4x6 Cerwin's ran from the deck (25watts rms from deck)

good?

I'd power a sub with one of these. I have one in my car and it rocks! http://www.soundcityoutlet.com/bin/p...product_id=105

Buy one of these subs and not the pioneer. Most makers like Sony, poineer, alpine, etc. that are known for making head units also make other components for the car. None of them have any quality speakers. They all outsource to low rate manufacturers to have them built. If you want a ready made sub box buy one from a good quality sub maker. http://www.ultimate-sounds.com/audiobahn/boxes.htm

Then I'd replace the 6x9 with a set of "plates" or seperates. Plates are 5'1/4 mids and tweets mounted in a 6x9 size plate. They aren't bogged down trying to make bass like a 6x9 and can therefore make better mid and tweet. Since you have a sub, you won't here any bass from them or any other speakers back there anyway so why waste the power on trying to get bass from them. Here's some seperates to look at. http://www.mmxpress.com/ads/ads_2-series.htm

In the front, a set of seperates would be optimal. It depends on your car.
Power the rear plates and front seperates with an amp that has 4 channels. Radio amps are really not worth it.

Jensen rates amps at peak output. Realistically, the amp produces about 20w per channel. If you use it to power any serious speakers, you will blow them because they will start distorting due to lack of power and blow.

Here is a good solid 4 channel amp you can use for little cost. The A/D/S P450. Notice it only says 50x4. It has about 4 times the power of the Jensen because they use a different rating system. http://www.mmxpress.com/special.html

It always struck me funny that they never regulated how audio equipment is rated.
Good luck

$370 is not "little cost"

$150 is "little cost."

I dont have that kind of money to spend on a stereo
that kinda money needs to go into the engine.

Hmmm, How much do you want to spend? Here is a rebuilt amp for $159. I also have one of these I power my rear speakers with using it on 2 channel mode. [url=http://www.soundcityoutlet.com/bin/product.php?product_id=123]
Here is a cheap sub that's good: http://www.mmxpress.com/Audiobahn/free.htm
Get the Piston model 10 inch for $139. They will actually send you two. Use one and sell one to a jealous friend for $75. Build a box out of 3/4 MDF you can get at Home Depot for $20 and fill 50% with polyfil( the same stuff they put in stuffed dolls). Put the sub amp I listed above and you'll crank over your friends.
