Alpine IVA-310 - Question
Does anyone know how to change the background on the screen. I followed instructions in the owners manual, put a jpeg file on a cd but i cant get the unit to recognize the file?

I dont think you can use a jpeg file. The IVA-D310 uses a proprietary alpine image file type "*.apn". For the IVA-D310 you can burn upto 10 on a CD and then you can load them following the instructions in the manual. There is no way I have found to make your own and you have to use the one provided by Alpine's I-Personalize data download service. They have a couple that are nice, I changed mine on my IVA-W200. Registration and downloads are free.
