What are the recommendations for installing a nav/stereo in dash on my C5. I know Pioneer makes a AVIC-Z1. Is that the way to go or are there other units I need to look at?

eclipse and alpine are also great units...oh and the car pc (i'm legally obligated to suggest that )

you can either cut/shave the upper lip and lower x-brace on the radio surround or go all out and cut the xbrace and lower it. see the c5 audio faq for a how to
