looking for a stealthbox for 12" sub
I'm looking for anyone who makes stealthboxes for C5 to fit a JL 12 W3v3. the problem with the boxes i've seen is the mounting depth is too shallow. My box will need at least 6.65" mounting depth to accomidate the W3. Does anyone know where i can find such a box?

A box to fit that JL 12 will have to be a hangover box or a slant top box. A 12" that big will not fit in a true stealth box because the magnet structure will interfere with the front angle of the box. A true stealth box allows the center compartment cover to be reapplied to allow a clean install and a hidden box. With that being said, either one of the two boxes mentioned above should provide adequate space to house a 12W3. I also have a 12" hangover box if you decide to go that direction or Dave can help you out as well.

You could do what I'm doing... My sub requires 9" of depth, so Dave gathered the parts together for a sub box for me, and I'll put it in bottomless, with fiberglass on the underside to finish it.
