C5 CD changer problems

Hi Audio experts!
My 12 disc changer (factory option) all of a sudden stopped working. And the magazine won't eject.....What now?? Any ideas?

do you have a multimeter? are you getting +12v at the changer? how are the connectors? are they seated properly?

I'll check to see if it's getting +12V. It is getting power though. I can hear it trying to recycle CDs. When I open the lid the magazine does not eject.
