05 MP3 Question
I've searched the threads and find many post on the fix to have 05's play MP3s. None that I have found mention any Vin # breaks, nor any reference number (TSB?).
My dealer says "The nav unit that I have does not have a TSB and cannot help me. Please advise. I've seen reference to "static" on FM stations but do not have this problem. Just want the MP3s to play.

Thanks for the reply I had found that thread. But it did not answer the question that I had. What is the TSB # or how do I let my dealership know where to look. And did it affect my Vin # as I currently cannot play MP3.
I really appreciate the DIY instructions but do not want to do this as I could screw it up. In addition that why I bought the car with a warranty to have someone else do it (Dealership).
Can you help with the questions and guidance I'm looking for.
