Radio - 1984
I have done every electrical check that is recommended in the Shop Manual. Everything checks out to where it recommends taking the radio to a repair shop.
When I turn on the radio, I get no sound. The cassette does not work. Fuses all okay. Wiring seems okay. Now what to do?
Has anyone used any of the radio reconditioning services, such as Ecklers? I really don't want to install an aftermarket radio but it appears that it is less costly than repairs.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The clock display light comes on but not the radio display light.
You say it might be the amp. There are four of them in the bose system. Anyway of determining which one, or ones, are bad.
To the member who said he bought a new one. Did you buy a new original type or an aftermarket radio?
