gee... that's a great question...

do you have anything powering the subs?

I would suggest something like a JL Audio 500/1 for those subs. Alpine makes some power amps for subs that work out well. Also, JBL has a killer mono amp that a lot of folks have had good success with powering subs.

For the front stage... hm... JL Audio, ArcAudio, Elemential Designs... those are a few brands.

I would consider upgrading the front stage. The C5 doors will hold a **** load of speaker. You can fit an 8" sub with some work, but even better, a nice 3-way setup fits real easily. Something like a 6.5" bass, 4" mid and 1" tweet... think Focal or CDT for those. At this point, you would want at least 100 watts per channel, if not more like 150 per.

IF it was me, I would get the amp at 150 watts per and go from there... it will give you some room to upgrade the front stage.

no, get a 2 channel for the front and a mono for the sub.

You can run the two subs off a 500 watt mono amp. If you can find a Rockford Fosgate 500m on ebay, do it. They are a stout amp that sounds very nice and pushes more like 700 watts!

The idea is to keep it simple. You can wire up the subs in parallel and the amp will drive them fine.

The rear stage, if you really wanna keep it, can be driven by the head unit, but I wouldn't bother.

The front stage can be driven by a nice 2 channel amp and be done with it.

Most multi channel amps (over 4) are not that great. There are some exceptions, the JL Audio 500/5 is a lovely piece, but it's not powerful enough to drive the 2 subs you have... the other option is the McIntosh, but that's an expensive bastard.

Most other 5+ channel amps are hard to find and rather pricey...
